About Us:

 Paul Horschel, the CEO and Founder of Alloy Drilling brings a wealth of experience to the exploration industry. Since 1995, Paul has been actively involved in drilling projects throughout the United States and abroad. His extensive drilling background includes a wide range of accomplishments: conducting helicopter portable remote site work across Alaska, drilling deep directional core holes exceeding 7000 feet in Arizona and Utah, undertaking mineral exploration drilling across Nevada, engaging in air core drilling in Africa, participating in natural gas exploration drilling in Oklahoma, conducting mineral exploration drilling in Kyrgyzstan, designing and constructing specialized drilling equipment, and successfully managing companywide drilling operations for the past 18 years. 

In his leisure time, you'll find Paul immersed in various activities. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion in off road by teaching his two kids to ride dirt bikes in Utah. He seeks thrilling adventures with his family in Alaska, exploring the wonders of the great outdoors. Additionally, Paul indulges in his love for racing by competing in the renowned King of Hammers off-road truck race, where his custom designed and built 1000 horsepower vehicles showcase his expertise.  Paul has competed in and won the Baja 1000, Mint 400, Crandon World Championship, and multiple Ultra 4 Championships.

 Holly Elegante, the General Manager of Alloy Drilling is a seasoned management and accounting professional with over 11 years of experience in both public and private accounting. With a strong background in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial management, Holly brings a wealth of expertise to every project. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, she combines her analytical skills with a keen attention to detail to deliver accurate and reliable financial solutions. 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Holly is an avid outdoors enthusiast. She finds solace and excitement in the great outdoors, particularly through hunting and fishing. Her passion for nature and adventure fuels her drive to excel in all aspects of her life, both personally and professionally.
